Before the ceremony at The Addison, Andrea and Daniel spent the morning getting ready at The Boca Raton, one of South Florida’s most luxurious resorts. The spacious guest rooms, elegant d\u00e9cor, and beautiful natural light create an ideal environment for wedding preparations and timeless photographs. From the groom adjusting his bow tie in front of an ornate mirror to the bride putting on the finishing touches while overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, every moment was filled with anticipation and excitement.<\/p>\n

Because The Addison is a premier wedding and event venue rather than a hotel, many couples and their guests choose to stay nearby. If you are looking for a place with endless opportunities for taking wedding pictures than you should consider the Boca Raton Hotel This photo was taken at the hotel’s huge tall wooden doors which are located on the Intercoastal side of the hotel. One unique aspect of the Boca Raton Resort is the fact that this venue has many different looks and styles. This part of the hotel features a combination of wood finishes and vintage style grandiose chandeliers. If you want Boca Raton wedding pictures with a more modern look, visit the main lobby which features when pillars and white leather sofas.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

For any wedding photographer taking pictures around The Boca Raton Resort is always a treat. \u00a0The pink hotel walls, white columns, picturesque fountains and lush green landscaping make this South Florida wedding venue a photographic wonderland. \u00a0In addition to the beautiful grounds the resort sits on a beautiful stretch of the intercostal waterway. \u00a0In addition the hotel offers two locations. \u00a0Visitors to The Boca Raton Hotel have the option of hanging out at the Main Hotel or the Boca Beach Club.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the reasons I enjoy photographing weddings at The Boca Raton is the incredible variety of locations available for portraits. Even after the resort’s extensive renovation and rebranding, many of the classic architectural features and picturesque settings remain, giving couples a wonderful mix of timeless elegance and modern luxury.<\/p>\n

This collection of portraits showcases three very different sides of The Boca Raton. On the left, Andrea looks radiant while standing at the Mizner Center, a beautiful area inspired by the architectural vision of Addison Mizner, whose Mediterranean Revival style helped shape the character of Boca Raton. The soft light and elegant surroundings create a timeless bridal portrait that feels both romantic and sophisticated.<\/p>\n

The center image was photographed in the main lobby area, where graceful arches, elegant columns, and warm natural light provide a beautiful setting for intimate portraits. Andrea and Daniel shared a quiet moment together, creating one of my favorite images from their wedding day. I love the way the architecture frames the couple and draws your attention to their connection.<\/p>\n

The portrait on the right was taken near the Yacht Club, one of my favorite areas at The Boca Raton for wedding photography. The beautiful fountain, lush tropical landscaping, and classic architecture create a setting that feels luxurious and unmistakably South Florida. The groom’s formal portrait here has a timeless style that will look just as elegant decades from now as it does today.<\/p>\n

We are always looking for ways to produce images that are interesting and unique. \u00a0One special way we produce unique images is by offering what is called infrared photography<\/a>. \u00a0 Often shown as a Black and White or Sepia toned image, wedding infrared photographs have a very unique look and feel. \u00a0In most cases they look like they were taken in a winter wonderland. \u00a0What makes wedding infrared look so different is the fact that the camera records photos based on the visual appearance and also the amount of head radiating from the subject. \u00a0I think of \u00a0infrared photography as salt and pepper to a good meal. \u00a0Some salt added to a meal is nice and brings out more flavor. \u00a0Wedding infrared pictures add an element of interest to a wedding album, however we would never shoot an entire wedding in infrared. \u00a0Just a few unique pictures to spice up a wedding album is great. \u00a0Check out theses infrared wedding pictures we shot at some past weddings. \u00a0Infrared wedding picture taken at The Breakers.<\/a> \u00a0This infrared wedding picture was hand colored in photoshop for added impact. \u00a0Infrared wedding picture taken at Broken Sound Country Club.<\/a> Another one of my favorite wedding venues is Broken Sound Country Club in Boca Raton.. \u00a0From time to time I receive calls from couples looking for an elopement photographer. \u00a0This bride sent me an e-mail that she was with her boyfriend in the Bahamas and they decided to get married tomorrow. \u00a0Later that afternoon I was on a plane to the Bahamas for her wedding. \u00a0Isn’t she a beautiful bride?\u00a0Bahamas elopement \u00a0 <\/a>\u00a0Check out this\u00a0infrared wedding photo taken at The Palms Hotel in Miami Beach<\/a>. \u00a0 The Palms is a wonderful wedding venue that is located on the ocean and offered a wide range of photographic opportunities for taking wedding pictures. \u00a0Bride and Groom at The Palms.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

One of my favorite parts of Andrea and Daniel’s wedding day was their “First Look” at The Boca Raton. For couples unfamiliar with the term, a First Look is a private moment when the bride and groom see each other before the wedding ceremony. Over the years, I have found that many couples choose this option because it allows them to share an intimate moment together away from the excitement and emotions of the ceremony.<\/p>\n

A First Look also offers an important practical advantage. By seeing each other before the ceremony, couples can complete many of their portraits in advance and spend more time enjoying their cocktail hour and celebrating with family and friends later in the evening. It creates a more relaxed timeline and often results in more natural and meaningful photographs.<\/p>\n

Andrea waited patiently as Daniel turned around and saw her for the first time in her wedding gown. His smile said everything. The joy, excitement, and emotion of that moment set the tone for the rest of the day. Surrounded by the tropical gardens and elegant architecture of The Boca Raton, they enjoyed quiet moments together before heading to The Addison in Boca Raton for their Jewish wedding ceremony.<\/p>\n

The couple met at a party during Andrea\u2019s second week at University. Daniel set his eyes on her and asked for her number. The next day, he sent a text message and they met up at the library. While studying at the library, they ate some sushi that was delivered to them by Andrea\u2019s best friend and they hit it off from there. It was love at second sight!<\/span><\/p>\n

Before the ceremony began at The Addison, Andrea and Daniel participated in one of the most meaningful traditions of a Jewish wedding\u2014the Ketubah signing. The Ketubah is a beautifully designed marriage contract that outlines the couple’s commitment to one another and serves as a lasting symbol of their union. Surrounded by close family and friends, this intimate moment is often filled with emotion, anticipation, and joy.<\/p>\n

Andrea and Daniel selected a stunning Ketubah featuring intricate artwork and vibrant colors that reflected both tradition and their personal style. After the Ketubah was signed, the couple proudly displayed it before the ceremony, knowing it would become a treasured family heirloom for years to come. Many couples choose to frame their Ketubah and display it in their home as a daily reminder of their wedding day and the promises they made to each other.<\/p>\n

Another beautiful tradition captured in these photographs is the Bedeken, the moment when the groom gently lowers the bride’s veil before the ceremony. I have always enjoyed photographing Jewish weddings because they are rich in tradition, family connections, and meaningful moments. From the Ketubah signing to the ceremony under the chuppah and the joyous dancing that follows, every part of the celebration tells a story. As for this South Florida wedding, Andrea\u2019s mother was the lead floral designer and created some breathtaking designs for the wedding and an absolutely spectacular bouquet for Andrea! The bride looked radiant in a Lazaro gown and Jimmy Choo shoes. Their guests were a diverse group, traveling from all over the world \u2013 from Los Angeles, New York, Mexico, Columbia, the UK and Russia. They very much enjoyed dancing to Latin music, especially Merengue. This was a South Florida wedding to remember and we hope you enjoy these fabulous photos courtesy of Albert.
