South Florida Real Estate Photographer for Luxury Homes, Drone Photography & Real Estate Video<\/h1>\n

As a photographer \/ videographer in South Florida I’m often asked by clients to shoot Real Estate images. \u00a0This Real Estate video is made from a combination of photo and video.I started the shoot by flying my drone to get some establishing footage. \u00a0Then I shot each room using a combo of still photography and videography.Whenever I shoot anything I always spend lots of extra time to make sure I deliver the highest quality images possible. \u00a0In Real Estate photography it’s always important to makesure all the lines in a room are straight, \u00a0and that you can see out the windows without the outdoor lighting being blow out into a washed out images.Adding type to parts of the video is also helpful. \u00a0The real estate agent gave me some data points and facts about the property. \u00a0 As a South Florida real estate photographer I am an experienced drone pilot. \u00a0Drone pictures are important because they show the position of a home compared the rest of the neighborhood. \u00a0For example if there is a beach close by you can sometimes see both the home and to beach. \u00a0Of course this depends on the distance. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the things that makes photographing luxury homes so fascinating is the way architects design spaces to create a sense of experience as you move through the house. As a South Florida Real Estate Photographer, I often think of a home not just as a structure, but as a sequence of visual moments\u2014and this $32 million beachfront estate is a perfect example.<\/p>\n

The experience begins the moment you step through the massive front door.<\/p>\n

The first thing you notice is the incredible scale of the entryway. The soaring ceilings immediately draw your eye upward to a stunning modern chandelier suspended high above the floor. Natural light pours in through dramatic architectural windows, highlighting the clean lines and warm wood accents that define the home\u2019s design. At the center of the space is an elegant floating staircase that seems to guide visitors upward, creating a powerful visual focal point the moment you walk in.<\/p>\n

In fact, I\u2019m currently preparing to take my FAA drone certification exam so I can begin offering aerial photography as well. Drone imagery adds an entirely new perspective to luxury listings, showing how properties relate to their surroundings, the coastline, and the surrounding neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

Room shot in a Boca Raton home. As a South Florida photographer I photograph many homes all around the area. Photographing rooms inside homes requires a special set of technical skills. It’s important in a real estate room photograph to show all the fine detail. This means that the texture of the walls, floor ceiling all need to look great. Room lights should look nice and not be blown out. When looking at a window, the viewer should be able to see outside detail as well.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Before \u00a0I start shooting I alway make it a point to walk through the property and look for anything that could either add clutter or take away from the beauty of the home. \u00a0Sometimes parts of the photograph needs to be photoshopped in order to achieve a\u00a0certain effect. \u00a0When every I retouch photos for Real estate photography I make sure I only photoshop stuff that could actually be adjusted in real life. \u00a0For example, I would not change the color of\u00a0an attached part of the home unless the homeowner actually had plans to make the change in real file.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
