As a Florida based wedding photographer I find myself working at many of Miami's best venues. Even though you can't see the venue in the background of this photo I felt that I should still mention where this bridal portrait was taken. Whenever I photograph a wedding I make it a point to capture as many different types of photos possible. This is wedding portrait that I often take providing the bride train on the bridal gown is long enough for me to make this picture. The concept for this photo is simple, the bride crouches down with some helpers hold the train behind her. The bridal train becomes the background. Taking this photo doesn't take very long and it make a simple portrait that just adds to the bride and grooms collection of wedding photos.
One of the most beautiful Miami wedding venues is the Ritz - Carlton Key Biscayne. If I was given a choice of places to create a Miami wedding portrait I would certainly choose this venue as one of my favorite picks. The lobby of this hotel is nothing short of amazing. It's grand staircase wraps around the front of the lobby creating the perfect place for wedding portraits. The grounds around this hotel are perfectly manicured and provide awesome background which are perfect for bridal portraits. In the front of the hotel is a huge fountain with water shooting in a formation that captures the most amazing light especially if you photograph it facing west when standing with your back facing the hotel.
Many of the wedding ceremonies I have shot have taken place behind the hotel in a sort of secluded grand lawn that looks out over the ocean. It's really an amazing view.
If you are engaged and planning a wedding or elopement and are looking for a Miami wedding photographer I would love to have the opportunity to talk with you. Over the past 15 plus years I have been creating Miami wedding portraits in most of the best hotels and wedding venues in the area. In the recent years as a South Florida wedding photographer, I have worked in all of Florida including local towns such as, Coral Gables, The Keys including Key Largo, South Beach, Miami Beach, Fisher Island, Coconut Grove and of course Key Biscayne.
Because I'm located in Boynton Beach which is north of Miami I also get to work at many of the addition wedding venues to the north. If you are looking to tie the knot in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton or Palm Beach I can also recommend of the those wedding venues as well.
This Miami Wedding Portrait was taken from a high angle which is one of the most flattering angles for photographing brides. Shooting from a high angels creates a situation where the main focal point of the portrait becomes her face. Because the body of the bride is further away from the lens her body becomes looks trimmer, this creates an hourglass figure which is so attractive.
